SB binary removal tool is deleting the bootstrap binlog

When running the prep-source-build.sh script with default options, it will initially produce a binlog for the bootstrap at artifacts/log/prep-bootstrap.binlog but then it later gets deleted by the script when it runs the binary removal tool. The binary removal tool should exclude the artifacts directory from its processing.

[Triage] It feels like the top level artifacts directory in the VMR should be excluded.

Hi @mthalman , do you need to publish prep-bootstrap.binlog to pipeline artifacts?

This should be handled already. The binlog gets written the the artifacts/log dir here. The entire log directory gets uploaded here.
