The CentOS has been updated to 10, but the PreviousSourceBuiltSdk legs are still using the CentOS 9 image, the related code should be updated: https://github.com/dotnet/dotnet/blob/d88300c11d8327e3794c1ceca1c2a0e7606a8411/eng/pipelines/templates/stages/source-build-and-validate.yml#L221-L254
