SDK file list diff for Alpine

A new diff between the Microsoft built SDK and source-built SDK is showing up, but only for Alpine.

This is expected but only for Alpine. See dotnet/sdk#49241, dotnet/dotnet#1909

banana-rid was supposed to be a test of "any weird RID". Question is; why is it part of an official build?

banana-rid is a dynamic replacement of any non-portable RID. This is done for logging purposes since this baseline file is used across multiple distros. So the confirmation that's needed here is just that Crossgen2 is expected to show up here for the Alpine output.

linux-musl x64 and arm64 are MSFT supported platforms, so they shouldn't be computed as community platforms. linux-musl-riscv64 etc. are community platforms. Updated the condition accordingly.
