Steps to reproduce

1. open VS Code
2. open a Solution
3. The solution view show 'One or More Errors Occured'
4. Cannot view solution in Solution Explorer

Expected behavior

To be able to see the Project in Solution explorer and navigate files

Actual behavior

Additional context

Workarounds Tried:
Disabled all other extensions (list)
Deleted workspace .vscode and reloaded
Cleared NuGet + rebuilt:
Reinstalled C# Dev Kit
