Describe the bug.

The version in Install New .NET SDK is getting truncated to 1 instead of 10.

Please attach log file(s) here if you have any.

The log file location should be copied to your clipboard if you came from VS Code.

Reproduction Steps

• Set global json to require .NET 10
• open vs code

Expected Behavior

Should show 10 not 1

cc @JoeRobich, I think this is really only solveable in the vs-green repo, but I'll see what copilot tries first, and then take a brief look myself. I wonder if this is an issue with the React code truncating the version.
