Test the sample app: DemoConsole in Ricardo WinForms Repo Issue_12830_Multi-Target_DemoConsole branch

  Judgment if (obj is Control) was added to the Serialize method of the DemoConsole.DesignerSerializationService, resulting in ToolStripItem not being serialized
