All controls can be deleted except the DataGridView control(knwon issue: 10931) when running the DemoConsole application on .NET

Test the sample app: DemoConsole in Ricardo WinForms Repo Issue_12830_Multi-Target_DemoConsole branch

Investigate if this is something that we can fix in the test app. If this is caused by different DPI awareness support between the .NET and .NET Framework, then we can't fix it.

Verified the issue in the main branch of WinForms repo, the issue does not reproduce that all controls can be deleted under TabControl and TableLayoutPanel tab by using delete keyboard or Delete item as below screenshot.
