WPF .NET 7 known issue

As we are approaching .NET 7 GA, below are the known issues that have been identified.

• NullReferenceException is thrown in the System.Windows.StyleHelper.GetExpression method #7205

If your application is using the above API, then we recommend you wait for the upcoming servicing release post GA.
