Steps To Reproduce

issue4658.zip

1. 点击日历某天
2. 弹出表格
3. 点击新建按钮
4. demo只能重现关闭新建记录窗口后mask还留在页面, 暂时不知道怎么重现新建记录窗口被隐藏
5. 我的生产工程里面, 经过仔细排查,是这个问题, is-draggable-center 属性是隐藏
