Banner and license description atop every source code page

Many source code pages include the original banner (See below). The problem is that the link supplied in that banner points to the license at the current xceed website, which is to the Community License instead of the Ms-PL license. This can be confusing.
I would suggest changing the banner throughout as described below. (Dirkster.Avalon.Dock, also derived from Xceed, does that)

The only hesitation is that the MS-PL license states: "If you distribute any portion of the software, you must retain all copyright, patent, trademark, and attribution notices that are present in the software.". Having said that, the added attribution is pretty clear as to what is going on. But I am not a lawyer...
