Support for Expo ^43

Do you know if "react-native-track-player": "^2.1.2", is support by expo react native "expo": "^43.0.0",

Because when I run the expo start, it show me.
TypeError: null is not an object (evaluating 'TrackPlayer.RATING_HEART'

Good question. I don't use Expo so I couldn't tell you. It would help if you could share an example/code for us to check.

Anyone else here know about Expo compatibility?

If it's of any help still (I know it's 2 months later now), for Expo support you need to create a custom development client - think of it as "compiling" a custom version of Expo Go that includes the native code supplied by RNTP, as per http://react-native-track-player.js.org/install/#expo

tl;dr: steps for install:

1. Install dependencies - EAS will take care of the manual linking

expo install react-native-track-player expo-dev-client

2. Add developmentClient: true to your development build in eas.json (and set android build type to APK for easier install):

3. If deploying to iOS, add your development device

eas device:create

4. Submit your development build to EAS

eas build --profile=development --platform=all  # or 'ios' or 'android'
# (this will take 10-20 minutes, get a coffee)

5. The binary that EAS will compile for you is your custom Expo Go client.
   Download to your device(s) platform-appropriately.
   From now on, instead of running expo start, run

expo start --dev-client

You can now carry on as usual, and your ReactNativeTrackPlayer-referencing code should work 👍
