What type of user is this for? (applicant/member/voting member/admin)

Voting members, voting coordinators, and membership coordinators

Description

We want to make a decision on an application by the time the application is two months old. This means it could help us to:

• Display on each application how "old" it is
• Show some form of warning/highlight on applications that are about to hit the deadline (a week away from the two month deadline), to remind voting members to vote on them
• Show another form of warning/highlight on applications that are past the two-month mark, so that we know that we need to make a decision on them
