It’s about 3/4 mile from the Powell BART station and 1 3/4 mile from the 4th & King Caltrain station.
Replace that with something like:
It's .8 miles walk from 16th and Mission BART and .6 miles from 18th and Mission. From Caltrain, it's an 18 minute ride from 22nd St. station. Note: 22nd St. Caltrain station is not wheelchair accessible.
