Actually, overnight I decided that it is easiest if we just put "default" CE values for the various settings in .vitepress/config.js instead of hardcoding in lib/utility.js. So going to close this MR (it is getting messy) and reopen a new one. |

Now, custom Dovecot configuration is done entirely within .vitepress/config.js files.
This depends on #1051, as it is rebased off that branch.
