things not fully loading, youtube works with commands (albeit lil unstable) but discord is having issues loading and sending things.

To Reproduce / Как воспроизвести

1. Be in Russia
2. AWS outage occurs (40% internet died)
3. try to use discord with it.

Expected behavior / Ожидаемое поведение

in discord, channels/message dont load unless you restart the app. You cant send anything, but you can go to VC
