Create an option setting for storing the project ID

My current idea is adding two helper functions: get_project_dir() and get_project_subdir().

get_project_dir(project_id, path) will go back up the directory tree and return a directory with the name project_dir.

I'm a little less clear on the internal workings of get_project_subdir(), but it could use get_project_dir() internally to find the project directory and then search for a directory with the name given in a paramenter.

Then, you could do get_project_subdir(project_id = "123456", name = "Grunddata") to get the Grunddata folder within a project.

Hmm, yea, that feels good to me too. I'd have to sit and think on it more, and also depends on how it might be used/implemented, but its a good direction to go into. Maybe start with a guide/design section that describes how it might work and we go from there?
