Dialog upon updating settings #595

When you currently update your settings, you have to relaunch the app in order for those settings to actually work. Everyone that's used Supercell WX before understands this, but to a new user, this can be frustrating.
That's why I propose a new feature. Once you click "Apply", a new dialog should pop up, telling you to restart the app. There could either be just a close button, and the user has to relaunch manually, or there could also be a restart button, automatically restart the app, with all your new changes. This would be removed once you don't have to restart the app for your changes to apply.
