Add tool to delete all "outdated" comments from bot users #15
Description
This kind of shenanigans happens quite often for large PRs, which slows down page loading, as well as this plugin:
These outdated comments from @houndci are no longer helpful, so it would be super cool if we could get rid of all of them. 👍
