Dracula theme for Starship Powerline preset

Hi!

I'm very new at this, so please let me know if I messed something up, and I'll do my best to fix it.

I edited a Powerline Preset for Starship to use the Dracula color scheme. If this looks good to you guys, I'm going to try to figure out how to submit it to their page also.

This is not the Starship app theme, I saw the other guy had made one already, but specifically for the Powerline preset. (https://starship.rs/presets/catppuccin-powerline)

Let me know if there are any questions or if I need to make any changes.
