Fix Google drive link for FasterRCNN weights

Hi there,

Unfortunately, the [Google Drive link](https://drive.google.com/open?id=12gh8ei9w6MeAXXIxONNR-xdEdTJ8Zkko) for the [pretrained Faster RCNN](https://pan.baidu.com/s/1I5PGkpvnDSduJnngoWuktQ) is broken.
As I do not have a Chinese phone number, would it be possible to upload it again?
