Clarify the usage of seed cluster id

According to the doc, there is a config
seedClient.config.seedPeer.clusterID using the Seed peer cluster ID from cluster-2 information in the manager console.

After checking the helm values, I didn't see a clusterID field in seedPeer config, but there is indeed a schedulerClusterID.

The question: What does this field used for, and what is the difference between seed peer clusterID and scheduler clusterID?

seedPeer.clusterID means the ID of the cluster where this seedPeer run, while scheduler.ClusterID means the ID of the cluster where this scheduler run.

You can check mysql, it stores the linkage between them so you can easily query which seedPeer correspond to a given scheduler.

My question is for this part:

When the seed peer is deployed, the clusterID must be filled with this seed peer cluster ID in scheduler configuration. In this way, the seed peer will become the seed peer service of this cluster.

After requesting this endpoint, there are 3 ids for the same cluster.

• id = 9. This is the cluster ID
• scheduler_cluster_id = 9: I guess this is what you should put to the scheduler.config.manager.schedulerClusterID?
• seed_peer_cluster_id = 8: This is the question that I have, as it seems to be different from the cluster id and scheduler cluster id.

So my first question is: Is this below config correct? And if I want to run both scheduler and seed for the same cluster, should the id I fill be the same? What is the relationship between this three ids as they are exposed to the user.
scheduler.config.manager.schedulerClusterID ==> scheduler_cluster_id=9?
client.config.host.schedulerClusterID ===> scheduler_cluster_id=9?
seed.config.host.schedulerClusterID ? should it be 9, or 8?.

The second question is for the doc:
The value file doesn't include seedClient.config.seedPeer.clusterID as mentioned in the doc. Is the value missing in the value file, or the doc is not updated?
