Real-time vs Sampling Oscilloscope?

Gday, this looks like an incredible project.
I am unsure whether this is a sampling or a real-time scope.
If I had a single 100mV exponential pulse with a rising edge on the order of 50-400 ps and a pulse width on the order of 10 ns, that arrives randomly in time, would this oscilloscope be able to capture the voltage vs. time trace?

It's real time! There is an actual 3.2 GSps ADC.
Yes, that signal would be triggered on and captured, even if it only occurred once.
