As stated by @crookse, it would be nice to be independent of the platform. A wrapper would be needed.

• Initialize npm module under drashland
• Rewrite tests to Jest
• Change release action to also publish to GH and NPM package registries

going to try to knock this out. i think we can just tell people how to extend the Logger class and add their own "write this to this file" method.
