This PR adds full Malay (ms) language support to DrawDB, providing a complete translation in the native language of Malaysia.
The update includes a comprehensive ms.translation set that localizes the entire application, covering:
Core menus and interface actions
Table, relationship, note, enum, and subject-area workflows
All validation and error messages
Timeline, tasks, activity, and version history
DBML view, multiselect actions, bulk operations, and sharing features
All recent UI components and feature text for a consistent user experience
The translation maintains full alignment with DrawDB’s existing i18n structure and matches the completeness level of other supported languages.
