reinstalled UT99,and luxtorpeda refuses to run game now

Describe the bug
i messed up, used luxtorpeda to run unreal tournament 99, and while the game ran and didnt get me kicked out of lobbies (due to running linux), it had a glitch where the menus were blacked out, since i was running different video card before this happened. i reinstalled the game to adapt new drivers to the new card, well, now it refuses to run, i tried uninstalling both the game and luxtorpeda and deleting all the settings and it still gives me the same error. it does run on proton GE, but i want to recover playing it back on luxtorpeda

im running on nobara btw
