Applying the Color MRI plugin crates series with different resolution

Here I created a Color MRI series from T1 (512x512px), T2 (512x512px), STIR (512x512px). Resulted color series has a resolution of 768x768 pixels (Different from input #resolution).

T1 has a different window setting due to Issue 5

T1: 512px

T2 512 px

STIR 512px

Resulting Color image is 768px & larger than source images.

I am suspicious that with the latest version we got rid of this error by improving the image series grouping algorithm. If the problem still persists, i am going to need a sample for this
