SteamGifts Giveaway Entry

1.0.4 - Easier Delay Config

• Added entry_submission_delay_ms to the configuration section to control the entry delay (default 200ms)

• Added a short delay between entries to avoid a soft-ban
• Stops sending entries when out of points to avoid a soft-ban
• Updates the button text to provide more info while sending entries
