1920x1200 display has issues upon re-logging into session. #1318
Description
Hi there. My laptop's display has a weird resolution of 1920x1200, and I have the stock windows taskbar "auto-hide" enabled. I'm not sure if it is the display resolution causing retrobar to have this issue, or rather the OEM taskbar loading momentarily causing it to "push up" retrobar... Either way, It seems to be offset by 72 pixels from the bottom of the screen, and the issue goes away once RetroBar is closed and re-opened. If this can't be investigated and fixed properly, an occasional re-check of taskbar to see if it's at the correct location and relaunch would be great.
