Can there be a hotkey for retrobar to quickly exit and restart in order to refresh the notifications area #1327

I've noticed applications still don't always show in retrobar, so I thought having a simple refresh hotkey would be useful to ensure everything in notifications load correctly, instead of restarting it manually, or experimenting with application tasksched startup times (which might be the cause, along with general compatibility). This is different from an older post, which related to issues with taskbar shortcuts not in the notification area.

ps I've noticed Retrobar can't hide taskbar shortcuts with the small vertical divider (that shows when retrobar is unlocked), as the divider can't be moved left or right as I believe it could in older versions of windows. If it did, that would improve accuracy with some retro themes. Clicking on it would show all the icons fully again. I think if many icons were hidden, a chevron would show (similar to the one in the notification area). Perhaps this isn't easy to implement.

Thanks
