[BUG] Taskbar icons are being constantly silently rearranged in the background.

I've been using this program for 2 days on windows 10 without rebooting, with a vertical taskbar and I've faced a recurring issue: my task icons are getting randomly and silently rearranged from time to time in the background for no reason. The only thing I was able to notice is that the rearranged windows appear at the end of my taskbar, all together (i.e all windows belonging to the same app). And they don't keep their initial order even relative to each other.

Are you able to tell if it is a specific app that is getting its windows moved to the end? This tends to happen when an app marks a window as closed but then adds it back.

So far it seems to happen with firefox and zen browser (firefox fork) windows when both are opened at the same time.

I switched to software rendering, and rearrangements seem to happen much less frequently now.
Also I was able to catch one rearrangement with my eyes and during it about half of my zen browser windows moved to the bottom when one of the browser windows got frozen (unresponsive) for a second (unrelated to retrobar).

According to my observations, the issue seems mostly tied to high ram usage. It almost never happens when ram load is within "safe" limits (<70%), although it still does rarely, usually when the program is unresponsive. And it happens very often when ram usage is around 90% or more (according to task manager). During this retrobar doesn't flicker/unload/reload/etc. i.e behaves seemingly normal, doesn't look unloaded.
Needless to say it never happens with the default explorer taskbar even at 99% ram usage.
