How to set refresh policy of reflection(s) via dbt-dremio?

Proposal to set refresh policy for reflection(s) of a model via dbt-dremio.

I could set it via the UI, but it would be great to be able to set it via dbt-dremio. This helps version-control the settings

I'm wondering if this has become easier to implement now that reflection management is handled via the API instead of SQL in v1.8.1 (#256).

It’s a clear code change but might lower the barrier to entry.
