Binary missing in v3.5.7 release

In v3.5.7 release, the ddc-linux-amd64.zip file is only 8.31 KB - it's missing the actual executable. Every other zip is ~30MB.

There was a temp network outage which caused the release process to fail. Rebuilt 3.5.7.
