request for support for no_proxy and set ES_SERVER environment variable

Hi, enjoying using copycat. Unfortunately it doesn't support no_proxy on linux (AFAICT). I set no_proxy for our internal ES server and it worked via curl, but not with copycat.

2ndly, is there a chance that copycat could use an environment variable for the ES host if it exists instead of having to pass -u ?

I am not familiar with Haskell but it seems no_proxy suppy may have been added to the library you use recently snoyberg/http-client#140.

Maybe just a rebuild will support no_proxy ?
