[Feature request] Using marimo notebooks for reproducibility

Thanks for the great cookiecutter template; love the mission of this project.

I wanted to write with a suggestion to consider recommending marimo notebooks as an alternative to Jupyter notebooks, especially considering the warnings the cookiecutter documentation have for notebook reproducibility.

marimo (which is open-source) was originally developed in collaboration with scientists at Stanford who sought a more reproducible, maintainable, and reusable notebook:

• Reproducibility in execution: notebooks are DAGs on cells, with no hidden state
• Reproducibility in packages: notebooks can declare their own dependencies, and marimo manages an isolated venv for them.
• Maintainability: Notebooks are stored as pure Python programs (not JSON!), so they can be versioned with Git
• Reusability: Every notebook can be deployed as a streamlit-style data app or run as a parametrized Python script.
