Parts list

As a developer/user
In order to be sure my system will work
I would like a parts list of known working parts

I would like to have a list of parts people have used that are known to work as it will reduce my time to get started. It will also help lower the barrier of entry for the project.

I can just grab a relay board, but some boards are controllable over USB or through the GPIO pins, or...
This is more important for sensors such as a moisture sensor.

Basically, it looks like at this point I would add https://www.waveshare.com/rpi-relay-board-b.htm to the readme or a new file PARTS.md. Also, the version of rpis this has been tested on, and the power supplies. Thoughts?
