Is it possible to construct where clause in browser and used in server?

I want to create some simple cms, supporting complex querying.

So I want to use the Drizzle schema in browser to hint user select columns, And after user setting the filter config, It would generate a json object, passed to server, to tell server how to filter query result.
Drizzle ORM seems to be a very good options for querying the database, Is there a way to implement it easily?
