SQLite Query with Drizzle: Refactoring for a More Drizzle-esque Approach

Hey, I was just wondering if someone with more experience with Drizzle could come up with a more drizzle-like way to write this query, this if for a SQLite DB with the JSON1 extension:

sql`SELECT misc FROM bookmarks, json_each(json_extract(misc, '$.tags')) FULL JOIN users ON bookmarks.id = users.bookmark_id WHERE users.user_id = 1 AND value = 'orm'`

The thing that get's me the most here is how this FROM bookmarks, json_each(json_extract(misc, '$.tags')) would be represented in a db.select() method
