Insert type helper does not inherit optional values

Is this how it's supposed to be?

For example this table schema has 2 optional and 2 notNull() marked parameters

export const exerciseTable = sqliteTable('exercise', {
  id: integer('id').primaryKey(),
  title: text('title').notNull(),
  instructions: text('instructions'),
  url: text('url'),
  userId: text('user_id').notNull(),
});

When I use the type helper:
export type InsertExercise = typeof exerciseTable.$inferInsert;

I get:
type InsertExercise = {
title: string;
userId: string;
}

But what if the user introduces the url and/or instructions right away?
