how do you get any infomation about migrations?

the migrate from "drizzle-orm/better-sqlite3/migrator" works, but there is no result. There also doesn't seem to be any way to see if there are migrations that need to be performed.

How can I log what the migrator just did? or get any info about migrations.

We can add more logging for migrator function, so you could be aware of what's going on
