Postgres support for drizzlekit push

When might it be prioritized? It looks like it’s not in the public roadmap, and between that + the design choice to not have down migrations (I'm guessing this is not something that is under consideration?) I’m not sure how I would be able to use drizzle kit as a team with git branches in a sane way. Thanks! @AndriiSherman
