Describe the Bug

First of all, I would like to ask why collecting is enabled by default whithout a way to disable it ?

Also it seem its not loading asyncronously and blocks the page tool load if for reason the response for https://assets.onedollarstats.com/stonks.js is slow or its blocked .

In case over the weekends most of the sites hosted on CloudFlare are not accesible from any ISP for legal reason ( they block IP blocks entirely while there's football, https://community.cloudflare.com/t/website-inaccessible-from-spain-during-football-league-matches-what-can-we-do/855044 )

This makes in my case the ui to take seconds to load ( min 5 seconds ) because it keeps blocked.

Request: Make tracking tool to load asyncronouly or either way to Dom Ready to avoid this issue.
