Kafka部署时pod一直处于创建状态，后台报错：MountVolume.SetUp failed for volume "service-render" : configmap "kafka-service-render" not found

kubectl describe pod/
Pod一直处于not ready状态，后面有以下警告：

是不是本地要创建pod使用的目录，再mount上去？文档里面没写要创建目录

那个global.persistence.basePath参数已经设定为host的/data/edp，hdfs/hbase已成功部署，但kafka不成功，pod一直处于ContainerCreating状态
