Support for PHP 7.3 for M2

Could it be possible to add support for PHP 7.3 for M2? maybe it's a good idea to have the possibility to update the php configuration from .env file

I've started new builds for PHP 7.3 and PHP 7.4 with Debian as the base in the PHP repo at https://github.com/drpayyne/docker-php/actions. Hopefully these work. I will update once there's some progress here, @ozzytop

Hi @ozzytop, I had gotten some time this week to check this out and I was successfully able to get PHP 7.3 setup on Warden. The catch being - I had to switch from EL to Debian. I'm also seeing some Mutagen errors which I'm trying to get fixed. Will post an update soon.

Hi @ozzytop, happy to share that I've got PHP 7.3 support for this fork. As I've mentioned above - Warden now uses Debian instead of CentOS. This shouldn't be a problem unless you use any commands which assumes Warden is in CentOS. Please pull the debian branch to set this up. Both 7.3 and 7.4 are available now for PHP.

@ALL - To use PHP 7.3, add this to the .env project, just like you would with the main version of Warden:
