Enable 1min cron for appsvc image

Currently we have folders for 15min, daily, hourly, and monthly. In order to have fine-grained control over cron timings for near real-time publishing we would like to have cron run on the minute, and control individual cron tasks with Drupal using the ultimate_cron module.
