Feature Request: Markdown Link

Hi, thank you for developing this plugin that's super useful for publishing my site. However I do notice that it only generates wikilinks. It's more of a style consistency issue, but I think it's better if the core setting Use [[Wikilinks]] is respected.

@linusboyle Do you mean it should use links lile [[Page]] instead of [[Folder/Page]]? If des I fully support this
I use the plugin for publishing my vault with quartz. But I only publish a subpage of my vault and the plugin creates absolute links which are not working. Therefore the option to use only [[Page]] as format would be great.
