1011A/1012A - Add power bridge board assembly steps

The 1011A and 1012A breadboard stamps each come with four power bridge boards (two 3.3v and two 5v). The assembly and testing of these boards needs to be added (there are four designs in total, as there are different designs for horizontal and vertical breadboards)
