Is this workable on Windows7?

I tried very methodically, using all the documentation on the website, then several YouTubers who did guides, then used Gemeni GPT to diagnose every step. I went through literally everything before coming here. And I tried uninstalling completely and reinstalling completely about 5 times, trying both the VST3s and the VST2 (dll)s. I'm out of ideas.

It seems to install fine, and I move the firmware.bin file into the folder. I've installed all the ‘Visual C++ Redistributable’ software (3 items seemed possible). Nothing.

Inside Ableton Live 10 suite, I can find the folders where the dll / VST3s are located, but they do not appear in Ableton in those folders. No 'The Usual Suspects' folder is ever created, which I assume it should be when the directory for plugins is scanned.

I'm totally out of ideas and so are the AI chatbots.
