No dist included in npm install

When installing the package through node.js, there is an extra step to build locally since there is no dist directory in the repo and none is built automatically on the install.

If you only need the final build, you can download the latest release.

If you are using browserify to you can include dependsOn with require('jquery-depends-on')

This is more of a workflow "nice to have". Many node modules come with the distribution already included which does not require other scripts to get the final distribution build. Since many projects use a single package manager to manage assets, it's convenient to be able to keep track of vendor files through a simple flow that would not also include building after retrieving. Having the distribution via a zip is not the most elegant when it comes to maintaining a "package" of dependencies.

I can see how this might be helpful when dependsOn is not being included in a JS bundle. I'll work on adding a prepublish script to build the dist
