Finish status reporting

• log only the messages, skipping condition type and status;
• add Service status tracking to the existing one for Revision: routing changes are probably there;
• add service and revision names to the log (push some of the logging into create/redeploy;
• do not log JIB configuration at the lifecycle level;
• is deployment header still logged after first statuses, even with pre-sleep?
• on GitHub CI, 404 resulting from status request for revision before it gets created get logged; suppress?
• optimize status retrieval by querying only conditions field (setFields())?;
• check Cloud Run logs - am I overdoing the calls or does it only list the list ones?
• suppress JIB's Docker push progress report (at least when running in CI or IDE...);
