Update to BSP and esp-idf V5
Add XPT2046
Some fixes and migration to new drivers
No .DS_Store on macOS
Replace TAG with __func__
Set log level to info and make sure the BSP sd card path is used

I've added a BSP (Generic).
I've rewritten the firmware for esp-idf V5.X (fixed deprecations).
I've added support for custom ESP32, ESP32-S2 and ESP32-S3 targets.
